Temporary Spokane ADA Parking Notice: This applies only to Diamond Parking Spokane locations ADA‑designated parking stalls. During Diamond Parking’s rollout of the City of Spokane Parking Tax (effective 4/1/26), payment will not be enforced for ADA stalls at its Spokane locations. Customers with a valid ADA placard who paid for parking in an ADA stall are eligible for a full refund if the customer requests a refund within 30 days of the receipt. This policy is temporary and will only apply for the month of April.
