Our “We Care” Program offers a complimentary service and peace of mind to your customers and our landlords, completely free of charge. The Program initially started at our corporate headquarters in Seattle, where it quickly became an immediate success with our partners and their tenants by providing complimentary service to cover a wide range of emergencies, including:
- Locked keys in the car
- A dead battery
- Low or empty fuel tank
- A flat tire
Look for Diamond Parking “We Care” signs posted throughout the facility, which will provide a phone number to call for assistance 24 hours a day. Just give us a call – we are here to help.
